Sarah James to present Maps@Mouchel to AGI 2009

Sarah James, Senior GIS Consultant at Mouchel, is to present a paper on the Maps@Mouchel project at this year's AGI GeoCommunity Conference.  The title of her presentation "Data licensing need not be a problem" illustrates the power Maps@ has in solving the difficult question of DRM for the Geospatial specialist.

In her presentation she will outline how the need for Maps@ arose, the intricacies of DRM at Mouchel and will give details of the processes undertaken to develop and install maps@mouchel.  Within the presentation she will also outline some of the key benefits of  including looking at how the project provided a useful framework for the implementation of SDI at Mouchel.
